We offer a variety of different trades and services to provide a solution to suit your requirements.
We specialise in difficult areas of access and working at heights and are able to put a tradesman in areas that conventional means of access cannot get to safely. Using rope access techniques carried out by industry trained personnel of the highest safety standards, all working with minimal disturbance to the client and general public.
Being able to provide the access and the work in one package to our clients is not only time effective but also more cost effective than any other conventual means like scaffolding and mobile elevated work platforms.
We can access tight, small spaces, work above water, under bridges, inside lift shafts, atriums and eliminate the need for pavement permits, where ground space is limited for machines and scaffolding. The places we can put a tradesman are almost unlimited with many different forms of anchorage solutions available to us at no extra cost to our clients.
Highpro's abseiling tradesman/craftsman are fully qualified in rope access techniques and undergo regular training throughout their careers to provide the highest internationally recognised industry standards. This makes rope access the safest solution for working at heights
Services
Cleaning
Highpro provide professional cleaning services from windows, glass polishing, cladding, brickwork, steelwork, concrete and more. We use traditional techniques for windows, high and low pressure Doff steam cleaning and pressure washing and a good old bit of elbow grease. Restoration
Our experienced teams of City & Guilds plasterers, painters, bricklayers, stone masons and joiner/carpenters have many years of experience in exterior renovations and work to the highest of standards. Our clean, tidy and friendly teams will go the extra mile to achieve the best results. Combining their work with our cleaning team, your building, structures and surrounding areas are left looking better than ever before.
Events and Media
As a result of meeting many different clients over the years highpro are now offering services within the events industry. This comes in many forms, some of which include; stage rigging, structure erections and film crew assisted access, all managed and executed by our media team. We also have an inhouse photographer and film maker that can provide access and content in one package. Maintenance
Highpro can offer a wide range of maintenance solutions to suit your needs. From roof repairs, replacement tiles, sealant applications, pointing, brick replacement, rendering, gutter repairs, cable trunking, window repairs and much more. Banners and Signage
Banners and signage here at Highpro are considered one of our specialities. If you require your signs to be designed, manufactured and erected or just hung somewhere of strategic importance we can arrange and deliver this service to suit your requirements. From metal, acrylic, canvas and vinyl banners to LED and Neon lightboxes, permanent or temporary, we'll work with you to achieve a great visual.
Standby Rescue Teams
Highpro can offer you a highly experienced rescue team for working at heights, above water and in confined spaces. All rope access operatives are trained in rescue techniques but our team have extra specialist training and qualifications in high risk confined space, support rescue boat and advanced rescue at height. Combined with advanced first aid training and emergency protocol awareness training our teams can put together a structured plan to be carried out safely and quickly in the event that an unfortunate incident arises.
Pest Control
Avian pests can often become a problem on and around buildings and structures. Highpro can offer many different solutions to the problem from bird netting, pigeon spiking and wire systems, bird deterrents and more. If your unsure on what system suits your building best then feel free to give us a call. Often enough, a short description or a photo is all that we need.
Cladding and Curtain Walls
Highpro can offer cladding and Spandrel curtain wall removal and installation services to construction companies and building management firms. Having a workforce with training in asbestos awareness, fire blocking insulation and lifting and lowering of building substrates we can offer a safe solution to assist with your projects. With some of the best abseiling equipment available on the market and a friendly male and female team of expert abseilers to instruct you every step of the way. Qualified in aerial rescues and instructor training for the safety of everyone involved.
